Job Description
Responsible for quotation preparation, as well as processing and fulfillment of orders. Follow through and coordinate across work teams according to client’s requirements to ensure quality and timely shipment schedule
Provide quality and value-added client services. Timely response to customer inquiries, address any complaints and provide resolutions to their problems or issues in a professional manner.
Preparation of quotation acceptance, receiving/releasing/transportation of goods, visual check reporting, preparation of work order for operations, and subsequently billing.
Perform other projects/tasks as assigned by the Assistant Admin Manager
Job Requirements Diploma or higher in Business, Sales & Marketing or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales administrative or customer service role.
Good customer services and problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing.
