Culture & Staff Engagement Manager - Human Resources Department

Responsibilities
Coordinate projects, notably scholarships for undergraduate studies in a world’s top university abroad
Liaise with external stakeholders, including secondary schools and students in Hong Kong
Attend to project-related enquiries, both verbal and written, in a timely manner
Handle administrative tasks e.g. arranging flights and hotel accommodation, maintaining internal records and arranging meetings, etc.
Ensure that all documents and communications are handled in line with data privacy guidelines
Event management and logistics coordination, including information seminars, presentation ceremony, networking activities, etc.
Work with other departments, e.g. Finance, on project-related matters
Prepare reports for senior management as needed
Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Bank, or subject to business needs and requests
Requirements
Degree/ diploma holder of relevant discipline;
At least 5 years of work experience from a renowned institution;
Independent and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, organizational and project management skills;
Ability to deal with people tactfully and in an appropriate manner;
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese;
Attentive to details; and
Proficiency in computer applications
