Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers across multiple channels, including social media, email, live chat, and phone calls.
Demonstrate active listening skills and maintain a friendly, positive, and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
Resolve difficult situations creatively, tactfully, and diplomatically.
Establish processes for gathering customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance company products.
Assist in creating educational content and FAQ sections.
Provide support to various teams, such as Claims, Policy Administration, Account Management, and Product Development.
Perform any other duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
High school certification or above, with a bachelor's degree being a plus. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
Preferably, experience in the general insurance industry.
Required to hold IIQE Paper 1 and 2 Certificates.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy, patience, friendliness, and a positive attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
Proficient typing skills in both English and Traditional Chinese.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
Capable of working independently, following directions, and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
Able to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Highly self-motivated, organized, and a team player.
Willingness and ability to work in a team-oriented setting.
