• Implement and develop Human Resources plans and strategies aligned with business objectives.• Design and maintain the Human Resources System to enhance efficiency and provide relevant training to Business Units.• Utilize in-depth analytics in Human Resources to support business development, using both internal data and external research to identify problems and propose follow-up actions.• Prepare solutions using tools such as Power Point Dashboard and Excel.• Collaborate with business lines to regularly review compensation and reward plans, aiming to enhance excellence and motivation. Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree or above with 6+ years of relevant experience in HR data analysis or related field.• Solid working experience in sizable companies and fast-paced environments is preferred.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with individuals at all levels.• Proven ability to work independently and deliver results in a multitasking and dynamic environment.• Excellent analytical and logical mindset.• Mature, pleasant, independent, well-organized, detail-oriented, and achievement-oriented.• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel and Power Point.• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
