Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts and develop selling plans, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
Monitor inventory levels, analyze sales data, and collaborate with other departments to ensure product availability.
Establish effective margin and price control strategies that balance profitability and customer value.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Work closely with retailers to optimize sales performance, including store layouts, promotions, and display techniques.
Occasionally identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through various channels.
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience as sales manager or in similar sales leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify & HKTVmall) is preferred.
Results-oriented mindset with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
