Our client is an industry-leading corporation within hospitality sector. They are now looking to strengthen their HR Team and bring on a passionate and strategic talent to join them as the Human Resources Business Partner.
About the role
Partner with the management team of the Hotel Business Units, supporting strategic plans and developing the Hotel specific people plan; positively challenging business plans from a people perspective
Delivering HR solutions to drive performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, talent retention and communication
Coaching and consulting with the Hotel management team on an ongoing basis on issues affecting morale, performance, reward, retention, development and organisation effectiveness, seeking to determine root causes and recommending/implementing appropriate next steps
Efficiently using business insights to drive change in people management practices. Analysis of trends and metrics to develop solutions, programmes and policy
Manage and seek to resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations in partnership with centre of excellence
The Successful Applicant
Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years working experience gained in sizeable organizations within retail / hospitality sector
Ability to work at pace and in an ever-changing environment
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with people at all levels
A passion and demonstrable experience in creating credible and innovative people solutions that are tailored and localised
Strong collaboration and influencing skills
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
