Job Description
Provide first-line legal advice and assistance in relation to commercial agreements and investment projects
Responsible for contract reviewing, drafting and negotiation
Manage and regularly update of contract templates
Contribute to regional compliance under company law and telecom regulations for regional offices in Asia Pacific
Research on local regulatory and other legal requirements
Documentation of internal procedures
Provide on-going advice and periodic training to business teams
Occasional travel is required
Job Requirements Hong Kong or Singapore admitted lawyer with at least 4+ years' PQE corporate law experience
Experience in telecom industry and/or M&A/Investment projects is preferred
Ability to draft legal documents in both English and Chinese
General legal knowledge in other common law jurisdictions will be an advantage
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
