Our client is a well-known manufacturing company. They are seeking for a top management of EHS and Facility Management for overseeing their factories and lead a big team of people.
Job duties:
Leading the development and implementation of a strategy plan to ensure compliance and improve Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) programs;
Leading the SHE inspections onsite with Site Staff and work with some external parties, e.g. government and service vendor
Reviewing the SHE plans and in charge of the facility management for all company's properties
Doing budget planning and achieve cost effectiveness
Promote safety culture and conduct internal audit and training to ensure high safety standard and awareness
Job Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or related disciplines;
12 years+ related working experience
Registered Safety Officer/Safety Auditor with Hong Kong Labour Department with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience;
Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health is an advantage;
hands-on and practical with good organizational, communication and presentation skills;
in-depth knowledge of safety, health and environmental related regulations and best practices in the industries;
Experienced in manufacturing industry is an advantage;
Hands on experience in EHS agenda and knowledgeable in Facility Management
