A Developer who specializes in prestigious residential, office, commercial, industrial, hotel and resort developments is looking for an Assistant BS Manager to oversee their shopping mall and residential portfolios.
Responsibilities
Overseeing daily repair and maintenance activities related to building services, as well as coordinating tenancy fitting-out works, ensuring their efficient and timely completion.
Develop maintenance plan, supervise and manage maintenance services,
Lad the in-house maintenance team, and monitor the performance of outsourced contractors to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks
Performing maintenance tasks, ensuring their smooth operation, conducting necessary repairs
Prepare and manage the annual budget for maintenance activities and capital improvements
Requirements
Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
5-10 years' relevant experience in E&M Engineering
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with result-oriented approach.
Candidates with shopping mall/residential experience is preferred
Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
