Tasks
Maintain travel products with the up-to-date content and pricing information
Optimise the travel product information to increase the conversion rate
Support the marketing and product administration activities such as marketing reports and product data input
Identify opportunities and implement new strategies for both inbound and outbound travel needs to meet acquisition, lifecycle, and brand marketing goals
Handle product enquiries, purchase orders and customer support
Execute and optimise marketing initiatives including websites, mobile app, social platforms, SEM, SEO and other interactive platforms
Create, maintain and optimise Google ads and Facebook/IG Ads
Enhance Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) for onsite product pages and blog articles
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including Product, IT and vendors to deliver business key pillars
Develop marketing collaterals and collaborate with relevant parties to ensure the smooth launch of marketing programmes
Ensure all marketing content is on-brand and optimise user experience for digital channels
Plan and write unique and compelling copy for campaigns and social content across a variety of platforms, including social, with a strong focus on driving traffic and conversion, growing audience, and boosting engagement
Perform other duties, administrative work and platform updates as assigned by seniors
Requirements
Associate, degree or above in Marketing or Business Management or related disciplines
Fresh graduate or 1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing or product management, preferably in travel or eCommerce fields
Proficient in SEO/SEM, Google analytics and Google Keywords Planner, Facebook Ad Manager, etc. is a plus
Detail-oriented, creative, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently and on multiple campaigns with tight schedule
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
