Liaise with internal & external parties regarding budget, timeframes & project requirements
Determine quality control standard & oversee production process
Prepare event documentations such as bibles, applications, schedules & risk assessments, etc.
Onsite event management from move-in to move-out
Job Requirements Min. 5 years of relevant experience in managing sizeable corporate events
Strong knowledge of AV & lighting systems
Excellent organizational & time management skills & able to meet tight deadline
Detail-minded and self-motivated working attitude
Excellent command in English & Chinese
Proficient in MS Office Suite, AI & Photoshop, AutoCAD is a plus
