Job Duties As part of the office administration department for North Asia region

Facilitate office renovation and expansion for the HK branch with 400 employees

Work closely with IT department on scheduling of renovation

Liaise with designers & contractors from quotation, budget & progress monitoring

Ensure timely communication of office renovation schedule with employees from front to back office

Requirements Diploma/Degree holder. 4 years+ relevant office renovation experience earned from MNC preferably with financial institutions

Flexible & positive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint.
