The Company
My client is a listed company, they are looking for candidates from listed company + external audit experinece with financial reporting & consolidation experience.
The Role Prepare comprehensive reporting packages on a monthly, quarterly, interim, and year-end basis for submission to the holding company.
Conduct interim and year-end closing activities in compliance with HKFRS and HK listing rules.
Streamline and maintain accounting processes, policies, and guidelines to ensure efficiency.
Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
Coordinate with external auditors for interim reviews and annual audits.
Your Profile Bachelor's degree in accounting/ finance/ economics or related.
Financial reporting and consolidation experience from listed companies with prior external audit experience.
Flexible, hand-on, detail-oriented with strong business sense, problem solving skill
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
