To sustain the group's continuous development, they are looking for a talented and experienced Head of Sales to lead the Sales teams for specific channels and provide effective leadership in driving sales initiatives. Responsibility Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Lead and manage the sales team (25+ field sales and channel sales), providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations. Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and emerging trends to expand our customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
