Provide service management and monitor service quality of outsourcing and insourcing service
Coordinate related teams to ensure compliance with service level agreement and procedures
Ensure IT services provided are ISO20000 compliant
Manage and monitor progress of IT projects
Manage IT procurement process covering IT hardware, software, and service.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field
Minimum 3 years working experience in project management / procurement management
Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks is preferred
Experience in Project Management / Procurement Management is preferred
Process minded, proactive, and agile are an advantage
Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
