Our client has been one of the leading and prestigious food suppliers in Hong Kong, with over 40 years of experience in the manufacturing, production, marketing, and sales of food products. They are now seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join the team.
Job Description
To lead the team to manage sales and promotion activities across key chains and convenience stores
To develop a comprehensive sales and marketing plan for sales & field marketing teams
To Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products
To plan, develop and implement sales and distribution strategies consistent with brand position and within agreed budgets to achieve annual business objective
To establish strong and long-term business relationship with clients, manage business terms negotiation and pricing strategy
To Identify potential business opportunity to maximize profitability
To conduct market research and analysis to obtain market & consumer insights, provide recommendation and action plan to drive the business growth
To involve in annual forecasting to establish reasonable sales objectives
To consolidate business data, prepare sales analysis and reports for management review
Job Requirements Bachelor of Business or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years sales & marketing experience from FMCG / Wholesale industry, with at least 5 years at managerial level
Experience in sizable family business is a plus
Result-oriented with proven track record in sales achievement
Strong leadership and people management skills to lead a sizable team
Strong presentation and communication skills
Have good business acumen, analytical skills
Pleasant & mature personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
