Draft and review commercial agreements and related materials
Review business documents to ensure compliance of relevant laws and regulations
Review and update legal and compliance policies and procedures
Coordinate and collaborate closely with various internal business functions and relevant professional advisers
Provide legal support to other departments
Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments
Job Requirements Degree Holder in LLB from HK or overseas
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
At least 5 years of experience in Legal field preferably gained from FMCG / Food Production industry
Relevant experience in drafting and preparation of contracts is preferred
Good team player, strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and willing to work under pressure and independently
