Job Duties
Provide administrative support to the leasing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems
Collaborate with the Line Manager to prepare leasing proposals and presentations for potential landlord
Collaborate with the operations and store development teams to ensure timely and efficient store openings, including coordinating with contractors and obtaining necessary permits
Assist in managing lease renewals, lease terminations, and lease extensions for existing locations
Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management
Job Requirements
Degree in business, real estate or a related field
2 years related working experience in leasing or real estate
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to details
Familiarity with local market conditions and demographics
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in Microsfot Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
