Job Description:
Perform software installation, upgrade and support services on deskside equipment, including PC, Notebook, Printer etc.
Provide technical support (onsite or remote) for internal end-user
Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
Responding in a timely manner to ad-hoc issues and service requests
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer related disciplines
Fresh graduate is also welcome.
Knowledge of deskside computer related hardware
Experience/knowledge of network and PC also an advantage
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, spoken Mandarin is a privilege
Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
