Handle day-to-day all round office administration tasks for offices
Supervise office assistants and messengers
Handle incoming and outgoing daily mailings, courier and document delivery
Assist in office renovation and maintain work
Coordinating daily administrative duties such as stationery ordering, office cleaning and pest control arrangement etc.
Manage inventory of Company printing items, e.g. letterheads, envelopes, business cards and others
Carry out other ad-hoc facilities management related duties and projects assigned by the company/manager
Skills & Requirements
Certificate
4-5 years in office admin in sizerable company
Fair in english, fair in mandarin
Practical knowledge in MS Office
