What you'll do: As a Human Resources Change Management Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our client's growth strategy. Your primary focus will be on managing HR activities during mergers, acquisitions, and other business integrations. You will work closely with various teams across the organisation to ensure smooth transitions and successful integrations. Your expertise in compensation benefits will be crucial in designing programs that attract and retain top talent. Furthermore, your role as a business partner will involve providing strategic guidance on various HR matters related to these processes. Serve as the HR point of contact for all M&A activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute HR integration plans. Conduct due diligence activities, including HR-related assessments and audits, to identify risks, opportunities, and integration requirements. Develop and implement M&A integration strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cultural integration efforts. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's overall compensation strategy.
