Responsibilities:
Develop & update the marketing strategies - including local media & buying strategies and other marketing levers that are relevant to put right pressure into these markets.
Work closely with digital business and trade sales teams to visit the markets, local consumers and industry players to pulse check & distill learnings which will be translated into consumer and trade insights and impact on communication planning and in-market campaign execution.
Translate market strategy into micromarketing strategy to activate the growing & potential China markets.
Develop annual/multiple-year marketing campaign, lead business reviews and measures of budget use & campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in marketing or related discipline, MBA preferred
At least 12 years of B2C / FMCG marketing experience in sizable organizations, have worked/based in southern China will be an advantage.
Strong communication skills and analytical mindset.
Less experienced candidates will be considered for Marketing Manager.
