Job Responsibilities Lead and manage service staff Plan, implement, and control maintenance activities to meet client and departmental standards as well as statutory requirements. Resolve technical problems and address urgent/emergency repairs Prepare and update fault reports and monthly reports. Supervise routine preventive and corrective maintenance activities and closely monitor work progress. Provide technical advice Coordinate with clients and other relevant parties to provide updates on work progress. Conduct regular site inspections and routine checks proactively. Requirements Holders of Degree / Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A) or equivalent is a plus. Prior experience in E&M maintenance services work, with at least 3 years at supervisory level in maintenance work Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
