Job Duties Support Regional Business & Project Management Team
Facilitate timely production of management reports; coordination of meetings with stakeholder from front to back office across AP & HQ
Assist in project coordination/communication related to new business development, regulatory and digitalisation initiatives
Update workflow processes/procedural changes to ensure the fulfilment of regulatory requirements & corporate governance
Requirements Well qualified graduate with 2 years+/- experience earned from financial institutions or banks
Understanding of banking operations from front to back office
Seasoned communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint
Assisting on daily order placing, pricing quotation and execution for multi-asset classes investment products
As the key gate-keepers in the high net worth clients’ account management including client on boarding, and risk assessment, funding / transaction arrangement and portfolio update
Working closely with portfolio management/investment teams, legal & Compliance, risk and back office operations for resolving client’s information requests
